Cheddarwurst

Cheddarwurst is the cheddar best! Cheddarwurst is cheddar cheese-filled kielbasa. Just in case you didn't get that the first time, let me repeat it, slowly: Cheddarwurst is c-h-e-d-d-a-r c-h-e-e-s-e - f-i-l-l-e-d k-i-e-l-b-a-s-a. It's akin, as an analogy, to bacon-flavored vodka or chocolate-covered pretzels. Cheddarwurst takes two of the best things in the world and combines them to make one amazing thing that is so much more than the sum of its parts. My roommate made me Cheddarwurst for breakfast last week, and my little world will never be the same. She sliced it up and sauteed it on high, so that each delectable piece of savory, spicy, smokey sausage oozed with hot, sharp, succulent cheddar cheese, speckled with a delicate, crunchy, pork-fatedey goodness, all served up with a veggie omelet and freshly baked ciabatta roll with butter and a cup of fresh french-pressed french-roast coffee!
